RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MORGANA LONDON we understand that finding the right size can be challenging. For this reason, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, including:

• With all original tags attached
• Unworn and unused
• Free from damage or stains
• Returned in original packaging

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at info@morgana.london with the following information:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING & INSPECTION
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MORGANA LONDON is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels.

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival. If an item does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to decline the return.
